Key Lime Glaze

A coating of Key Lime Glaze lends citrusy flavor to your favorite sugar cookies.
This recipe goes with Sugar Cookie Cutouts
Yield: Makes about 1 1/4 cups, enough to glaze 48 cookies
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 2 tablespoons Key lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons water
- Stir together powdered sugar, lime zest, Key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and kosher salt until smooth. Stir in up to 2 tsp. water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency.
