- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 can(s) creamed style corn
- 3 tablespoon(s) onion grated
- 1 2/3 cup(s) self-rising corn meal
- hot bacon drippings
- 1 cup(s) cheese grated
- Place eggs, oil, sour cream, corn, onion, and corn meal in mixing bowl. Mix and pour half of this mixture in hot bacon drippings. Sprinkle cheese over this and the remaining half of batter. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.
