Ingredients
- 6 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup cup(s) white or (packed) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- 1/2 cup(s) bourbon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 deg.
- Arrange sweet potatoes on 9x13 pan
- combine sugar, bourban, vanilla in sauce pan, heat to boil, pour over potatoes. Bake 30/40 min till potatoes are soft.
