1. Soak bread in milk. Squeeze out excess milk
2. In a large bowl, Add bread, onion, garlic, egg, cumin, coriander, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley, and mix well
3. Add ground beef and mix well
4. Refrigerate for one hour
5. Roll into golf ball size and flatten. Dust in flour
6. Heat a little oil over medium heat. Sauté meatballs until done.
Serve with tzatziki, pitas, lettuce, feta
