Kathy's Toffee

Kathy's Toffee

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter
  • 1/2 cup(s) chocolate chips

Preparation

Sprinkle pecans on greased pan or cookie sheet. Combine sugar and butter in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and spread over nuts. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and cover with foil so heat melts chocolate. When melted, spread with a spoon. When cool and set, break into pieces with sharp knife.
