- 3 cup(s) dry oats
- 1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup(s) black rasins
- 1/2 cup(s) golden rasins
- 1 cup(s) chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinamon
- 1/2 cup(s) canola oil
- 1/2 cup(s) maple syrup
- Make sure liquids coat the dry ingredients.
- Spread the mixture on tin foil lined cookie sheet. Spray the tinfoil with non-stick spray. Press down. Bake 20 minutes at 300 until golden brown.
