- 2 green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Combine first 5 ingredients; toss gently. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with pepper; toss gently.
