Yield 4 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; toss gently. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with pepper; toss gently.
