Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 4 cups torn kale leaves
  • 2 cups torn Savoy cabbage leaves
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced radish
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and chili garlic sauce in a bowl. Add kale, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, radish, and cilantro; toss. Let stand 8 minutes.
