- 3 Kaffir lime leaves or 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
How to Make It
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat. Simmer 4 minutes or until mixture has reduced by half.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
