If you like pumpkin, you'll love these. I recommend baking them the day before because they're very moist muffins and can get kind of sticky....yum!

  • Mix sugar, oil, water and pumkin. Add beaten eggs. Blend in dry ingredients. Fill 24 cupcake wrappers 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
