- 1/2 package (19 ounces) Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage links, casings removed OR 1/2 package (16 ounces) Johnsonville Mild Ground Italian Sausage
- 1 package (10 ounces) partially baked thin pizza crust (12-inches)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place two pizza crusts on baking sheets or pizza pans. Spread pizza sauce over crusts. Top each with 1 cup cheese. Pinch sausage into 1-inch pieces and arrange on pizzas. Sprinkle with green pepper and the remaining cheese. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink and reaches 160°F and the cheese is melted.
