- 1 package (16 ounces) Johnsonville® All Natural Fresh Italian Mild Ground Sausage
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
How to Make It
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 16 meatballs. In a skillet, brown and cook until sausage is no longer pink, or place meatballs on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with your favorite sauce.
