Blend spices and Parmesan cheese in a food processor until finely chopped. Add to olive oil. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lay chopped garlic on a baking sheet line with parchment paper. Roast garlic for 10 minutes and stir. Roast for another 10 minutes until garlic is golden and crispy, but not burned. Serve roasted garlic in a shallow bowl for dipping. Add oil as desired when ready to eat.

This recipie is spot on! So delicious! Chopping all the garlic was a pain but completely worth it in the end. I did not roast the garlic for the full twenty minutes so you will just have to keep your eye on it. So yummy. It's sooo good, if not even better than the real thing!
