Ingredients

  • 2 Cans sliced or diced beets Drained
  • 1 Quart jar with lid

Preparation

  1. Boil for 1 minute:

  2. 3/4. Cup vinegar
  3. 1 1/4. Cup sugar
  4. Pinch of salt


  5. Pour over drained beets in jar and add 1 tablespoon whole cloves.

  6. Refrigerate for 2 days before eating.
