JoAnn's Pickled Beets
Community Recipe from
- 2 Cans sliced or diced beets Drained
- 1 Quart jar with lid
- Boil for 1 minute:
- 3/4. Cup vinegar
- 1 1/4. Cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Pour over drained beets in jar and add 1 tablespoon whole cloves.
- Refrigerate for 2 days before eating.
