Jimmy Dean Sausage Artichoke Hot Dip

Yield 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 package Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers, chips or pita crisps

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large mixing bowl, combine first six ingredients; stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a lightly buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers, chips or pita crisps.
