  • 1 package Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon to 2 teaspoons black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 12 warm biscuits

How to Make It

  1. Cook sausage and onion in skillet over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink and onion is translucent. Stir in flour; mix well. Gradually stir in milk, water and salt; bring to a simmer and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add pepper and hot pepper sauce as desired; cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
