Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Avacados

Preparation

  1. 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  2. 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  3. ½ cup finely diced red bell pepper
  4. ½ cup small cherry tomatoes, quartered
  5. ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
  6. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  7. ½ tsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves, or ¼ tsp. dried
  8. ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  9. ¼ tsp. black pepper
  10. Pinch cayenne pepper

  11. 1. Mix all ingredients together.
  12. 2. Serve with veggie sticks or healthy chips.
