Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) Whole kernel corn
  • 1 can(s) Creamed corn
  • 8 ounce(s) Sour cream
  • 1 stick(s) Butter Melted
  • 1 box(es) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 Eggs Slightly beaten

Preparation

  2. 1 15 oz, can creamed corn
  3. 1 15 oz. can whole corn
  4. 1 stick butter (melted)
  5. 8 ounces sour cream
  6. 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  7. 2 slightly beaten eggs
  8. mix together all ingredients and put into a greased 2 quart casserole
  9. bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
