3 cups julienne-cut peeled jicama
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced


Combine jicama, cilantro, vinegar, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and jalapeño pepper.
