How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well. Cover and chill.

Step 2

Combine sour cream, lime juice, oil, and salt in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk. Just before serving, drain jicama mixture. Pour dressing over jicama mixture; toss gently.
