  • 1 small jicama, peeled and cut into thin strips (about 2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 large mango, peeled and cut into thin strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
