Jicama-Mango Slaw
This recipe goes with Fish Tacos
Yield: Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 small jicama, peeled and cut into thin strips (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 large mango, peeled and cut into thin strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
