Jicama-and-Orange Salad

  • 1 (10-ounce) package romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups orange sections
  • 1 cup julienne-cut peeled jicama
  • bottled low-fat raspberry vinaigrette
  • chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Combine 1 (10-ounce) package romaine lettuce with 2 cups orange sections and 1 cup julienne-cut peeled jicama. Toss with bottled low-fat raspberry vinaigrette, and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
