1 (10-ounce) package romaine lettuce
2 cups orange sections
1 cup julienne-cut peeled jicama
bottled low-fat raspberry vinaigrette
chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

Combine 1 (10-ounce) package romaine lettuce with 2 cups orange sections and 1 cup julienne-cut peeled jicama. Toss with bottled low-fat raspberry vinaigrette, and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
