  • 1/4 cup apple jelly
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups diced Granny Smith apples
  • 3/4 cup diced fresh mango
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in apples and next 4 ingredients.
