Traditional tomato and cucumber salad with a tahini, yogurt dressing.

  • 1/4 cup(s) Tahini
  • 1/2 cup(s) Lowfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 whole(s) Large Cucumber peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 cup(s) fresh tomatoes diced
  • 3/4 cup(s) Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced


  1. Mix chopped cucumber, diced tomatoes, and parsley in a large bowl. Mix tahini, yogurt, salt, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour tahini mix over the cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley and toss.
