- 1/2 cup(s) Lowfat Plain Yogurt
- 1 whole(s) Large Cucumber peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 cup(s) fresh tomatoes diced
- 3/4 cup(s) Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 clove(s) garlic minced
- Mix chopped cucumber, diced tomatoes, and parsley in a large bowl. Mix tahini, yogurt, salt, and garlic in a small bowl. Pour tahini mix over the cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley and toss.
