I made this recipe when I was entertaining. We had a Caribbean themed party. This recipe was a huge hit. Great flavor. I will be making this again for just my on family.

A standard go-to recipe in our house, especially when entertaining and always a hit when entertaining. I usually serve with a spicy black bean salad as a side dish, and I kick up the spice a bit by adding more jalepeno.

Really delicious! The marinade gives the chicken a great flavor, and the boneless skinless thighs (that's all we did) stay really juicy. Despite jalapeno in the marinate, it's really not spicy at all, so it would be good for kids, too. Served with grilled zucchini and baked sweet potatoes. Yum!

Delicious! Served with Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges (CL 9/97) and Island Rice. Great flavor, definitely make again.

This is a favorite in our house. I've made it several times, including for guests, who have also loved it. Served with the pineapple rice and squash. Very easy and flavorful!

This is amazing! I served it with the Island Rice recipe which is also fantastic. I was really pleasantly surprised. I only used chicken breasts, no thighs. I would serve this to company.

This is actually quite good. Not hot, but carries the "essence" of jerk seasoning quite well. Also, cheap, quick, and easy. Would be good for guests. I added some mesquite chips to the grill, which I think helps.

I only marinated the boneless skinless breasts and left them overnight. They were delicious. I served it with pineapple rice.

Excellent. Rather than grilling the chicken, I baked it. It was very moist. Easy weeknight meal.
