Lightly spoon bread flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for placing flour and remaining ingredients into the bread pan. Select the European bake cycle, and start the bread machine.
Good tasting bread. Rather than using a bread machine, I made this using a typical technique for loaf-style breads. I proofed the yeast with some of the water, added all ingredients, kneaded, and let rise once before shaping into a loaf. This would be good with chicken or turkey sandwiches.
