Japanese Cabbage Salad

- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded (or one bag of prewashed shredded cabbage)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg Ramen noodles, cooked, drained & broken
- 2 T Sesame seeds
- 2 T Slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup Peanut oil
- 3 T Vinegar
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 t Salt
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 1/2 t Accent
- Toast almonds & sesame seeds until golden in 350 oven for 5-10 minutes. Add all salad ingredients in large bowl & toss. Mix all dressing ingredients together. Just before serving, pour over salad & toss. Serve. (Can be made ahead; just do not mix salad & dressing until ready to serve.)
