    Very good! Chicken is tender and juicy. Whole family loves it!!!! you will have to wipe down the oven afterward, but it's worth it. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls - ultimate comfort food.

    I soaked the hen in a kosher salt brine for 1&1/2 hours before cooking and used grond rosemary instead of fresh. Otherwise I followed the recipe and it was PERFECT! I served it with steamed veggies in herb butter sauce and rosemary bread. It's our new favoite meal. Super easy, beautiful presentation and fabulous flavor.

    Really like the flavors of this roast chicken-used fresh spices. Nice weekend dinner for the family, great for weeks where you need cooked chicken later in the week.
