Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped, cooked ham or smoked sausage
  • Jambalaya Mix

Preparation

  1. Bring Jambalaya Mix, 3 cups water, and 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce to boil in a Dutch oven. Stir in 1 cup chicken and 1 cup ham or smoked sausage. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
  2. Remove and discard bay leaf.
