    My husband and kids love this recipe. You can control the level of spice by the type of sausage and hot sauce use. It is easy and simple, you can also substitute ham for the shrimp as I did last night.

    I really enjoyed this recipe, it was SUPER easy to make and only took about 10 minutes of dedicated time (most of the time it's simmering) which is always a bonus. Better yet, my fiance loved it too and he's incredibly picky. I just used Andouille sausage and it tasted great. It's definitely a keeper!
