Yield about 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon fine-grain sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

How to Make It

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until ground and well blended.
