This recipe is so easy! I made the Mango Salsa in the morning before work so the flavors would have time to mingle during the day. It took only minutes to throw together. The chicken was quick to cook. I think the whole meal took about 15 minutes to prepare and about 8 to cook! It was absolutely delicious. I served it with rice and a veggie. What could be easier!

This was delicious and very easy to prepare. I used chicken thighs and grilled them on the grill. I made the salsa a day ahead and used nectarine instead of mango as that is what I had on hand. My husband devoured it! Will definitely make again. Could easily serve to company.

I enjoyed the salsa for this very much (but not the onions even though I soaked them in cold water), but I found the chicken bland. Next time, I'd add more jerk seasoning and perhaps some chili powder as well. The leftover salsa was great on blue corn chips too.

The positive of this meal is that is so easy. I put a little more of the seasoning on the chicken though. The mango salso was good, but i think next time i'll stick with the chicken, and maybe look for a different salsa recipe. Overall, a good and easy meal

My husband found this on the internet and thought it would be great to try. Boy was he right.. It is fantastic. Got to have the salsa with it, if not the chicken is boring.

My boyfriend and I LOVED this! I will make again. It would be a perfect meal for a summer party and would be very easy to make for a large crowd.

This is a very good recipe! I didn’t use onion or mint. Also, instead of peeled mango, I used a can of tropical fruit mix. It was very good, but it didn’t make a lot of salsa. Next time I may double the salsa recipe.
