Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture evenly over chicken. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
