Ingredients
- 3 cup(s) cornbread mix (must be Cinch)
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 1/2 cup(s) salad oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 large onion, grated
- 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1 can(s) yellow cream style corn
- 1/4 cup(s) jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1-1/2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 pound(s) bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 2-3 clove(s) garlic, grated
Preparation
- Mix all together and bake in large pan for 35 min. at 400 degrees
