Italian wedding soup light

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) Fat free sodium less chicken broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with basil garlic oregano
  • 1/2 cup(s) Uncooked small pasta sheel
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese fresh
  • 2 cup(s) Baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Chopped fresh basil

Preparation

Heat a large sause pan over medium heat

Add uncased sausage to pan

Cook 5 mins

Drain and return to pan

Add broth tomatoes pasta

Bring to a boil

Simmer 10 min or until pasta is done

Remove from heat

Add spinach

After wilted

Add cheese and basil
