Ingredients

  • 1 Lg. onion Thinly sliced
  • 2 Zucchini Sliced
  • 2 cup(s) Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 4 Roma tomatoes Sliced
  • 2 cup(s) Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 2 cup(s) Tomatoe sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Saute' onion,zucchini, and mushrooms in oil until slightly tender. Add salt and mix well. In slow cooker, layer 1/3 of veg. 1/3 of tomatoe sauce and 1/3 of cheese. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Repeat layers twice. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
