1 1/4 pounds ground turkey breast
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry

1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons tomato paste with basil, garlic, and oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella-Asiago cheese blend with roasted garlic
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm marinara sauce
