This was excellent (2nd time making it) I didn't make any changes to it and love it just as written. It freezes well too.

Made this a day ahead and took it camping! It was so tasty!!! Very easy to make and was a nice change instead of having chili! I'm sure it would be great for freezing too! It's in my recipe book for good!

Flavor was absolutely amazing. I'd follow the recipe to a tee as it was the perfect ratio to make every ingredient stand out in its flavor. I paired this with Cheesy Grilled Cheese.

We sometimes substitute gound turkey for beef, and often add cheese tortellini- we've been making this since it came out in SL 10 years ago.

YUMMY!!!!!! The whole family LOVED it! Wish I had made it years ago when I found the recipe--it will definately get a top spot in the family recipe book! I did chop the mushrooms in the food processor, almost to a paste (none of us like to eat mushrooms -but we LOVE the flavor)and I added some more garlic & a little cajun seasoning for spice. served with sourdough bread & homemade garlic, parmesan butter! Will make again--my goal is to can it for Christmas gifts!

This was so great. The was actually the first soup I have EVER made. I decided to go for the best ingredients I could find, and I impressed myself. It was sooo tasty, and there is SOO much of it! Will be in my recipe book forEVER.

This simple recipe was AMAZING! My husband and I loved it and hopefully the leftovers will be even better. We omitted the mushrooms as my husband doesn't like them, and added some dried parsley and rosemary. We served ours with some fresh crusty bread dipped in olive oil and a bottle of shiraz. This is definitely a keeper!
