Italian Sausage and Zucchini Pasta

This wasn't bad at all. I think a saucier dish is called for...maybe use a can of diced Italian-flavored tomatoes in place of the fresh? Saves prep time at the least. It was tasty enough, not too spicy for my kids, and hubby liked it. Probably could use a little tweaking with some canned diced tomatoes added with their juices, and some Italian seasoning added in at some point. Otherwise a good, QUICK and CHEAP dinner! Who couldn't use that??

Made this for a camping trip with great reviews. Easy to have it prepped ahead of time. I use game sausage - this was antelope Italian sausage. Served with an already cut up fruit salad - viola! backcountry service with dining room flavors!
