  • 1 bunch(es) Broccoli tips Broken in small pieces
  • 1 bunch(es) Cauliflower tips Broken in small pieces
  • 1 whole(s) Red pepper Diced
  • 1 whole(s) Yellow pepper Diced
  • 1 whole(s) Green pepper Diced
  • 1/2 pound(s) Chunk ham Cut in cubes
  • 1/2 pound(s) Thin sliced salami Cut in strips
  • 1/2 pound(s) Sliced pepperoni Cut in half
  • 1/2 pound(s) Chunk mild cheddar Cut in cubes
  • 1/2 pound(s) Chunk mozzarella Cut in cubes
  • 1-14 oz box(es) Ruffles pasta
  • 2-Lg bottle(s) Zesty Italian dressing


  1. 1. In a large sauce pan, bring water to boil
  2. 2. Salt to taste
  3. 3. Add pasta & cook till al dente
  4. 4. Drain pasta & rinse with cold water
  5. 5. In a large mixing bowl combine pasta, ham, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella & cheddar cheeses, red, yellow & green peppers, broccoli & cauliflower tips
  6. 6. Coat thoroughly with zesty Italian dressing
