I've served this about a dozen times to family and friends and it's always a hit. I've made the recipe as is and it's great. I've also put the meatballs in a 9- x 13-inch baking dish, covered with marinara sauce and baked for about 45 minutes. Great for a buffet! No one even guesses it's made from turkey.
