  • 10 (1-inch-thick) stale Italian bread slices, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small purple onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Balsamic Dressing


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add Balsamic Dressing, tossing gently.
  2. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
