Italian Bean Salad

Canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Pine nuts, toasted
Balsamic vinaigrette
Zucchini, thinly sliced
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Feta cheese, crumbled


Toss cannellini beans with chopped sun-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and balsamic vinaigrette. Spoon over zucchini. Sprinkle with bacon and feta cheese.
