Ingredients

  • Italian seasoning:
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chips:
  • 40 (1/4-inch-thick) slices diagonally cut French bread baguette
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. To prepare Italian seasoning, combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. To prepare chips, arrange the bread slices on 2 baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Coat bread with cooking spray. Sprinkle 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning over bread. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Note: Store remaining Italian seasoning in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
