Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups hulled strawberries, chopped (about 12 large)
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
- 1 large naval orange, peeled and chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/3 cup flaked sweetened coconut, toasted
- 1 cubed peeled kiwifruit
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
