Worthy of a Special Occasion

I made on a hot July wednesday - yummy! My boyfriend thinks it tastes like jello, in a good way. Sweet and refreshing. We used Barton's gin.

Great drink. I made it with our St. Patricks dinner and everyone really enjoyed it. The color was a perfect green. Can't wait to make it again.
