Great drink. I made it with our St. Patricks dinner and everyone really enjoyed it. The color was a perfect green. Can't wait to make it again.
- 1 ounce Bombay Saphire gin
- 2/3 ounce Midori
- 1/3 ounce blue curaçao
- Juice of half a lime
- Ginger ale
- Pour all ingredients, except the ginger ale, into a shaker. Shake, then strain into a glass with ice and fill with ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
