- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 slice bacon
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Combine salad greens and chopped green onion in a bowl; set aside. Cook bacon in a skillet; drain, reserving drippings in skillet. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to skillet; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Toss with salad greens.
